The 5 Pillars or Red flags of a Bad MLM are:
1. Endless chain recruiting to infinity
2. Promotion is based on recruitment or recruitment based numbers, not appointment.
3. Pay to Play. You have to buy products, fees, training and services.
4. Most of the commission per sales goes to the upline.
5. 5 or more commission levels.

Hi Luis, most people think MLM is a scam is because in most of them money is made off a downline, and your upline makes money off of you. That is a product based Pyramid scheme. Whether a product is involved or not is irrelevant, the product is just the medium for the money transfer. Most of the money is then funneled upline, with the guy at the bottom who bears the brunt of the recruiting and marketing costs. The odds of making money at ILLEGAL Pyramid scheme’s and casino’s are greater.

Si mi amigo. That 60% is Personal Development. Bring out to the surface all the personal issues, fears and negative energy that blocks success from coming to us. It reminds me of the Lincoln line: “Give me 6 hours to chop down a tree and I’ll spend 4 hours sharpening my ax”. The problem is that people what to avoid that step and therefore fail. Good point there Wayne, thanks.

That’s what this is all about Oliver. People learning “How” to think is what a strong organization is built with. Knowledge applied is duplicatable, and the more simple, the best. i’m sure you know about that already
. Cheers my friend!

Yes Soren, it is so important, no wonder it’s the #1 Pillar. Everyone must read the contract before starting. It’s a shame many distributors get shut down by their company without notice and their business is lost. If only they have read the Pn’Ps. Thanks for your feedback my friend

hey my friend, you’re right there. It’s always relative when it comes to pillar # 4. People have to look for the best opportunity regarding what they want. MLM is not easy, we better not make it more difficult than it is. Thanks Charlie

Thanks Stephane. Many people have the idea that you take advantage of people through MLM. After taking a look at these 5 pillars, the business makes sense. To help people in this industry the introduction to this info is the basis of a strong foundation. Keep the good work my friend

Great video Luis, I heard loud and clear about the five pillars that you talked about and I appreciate that you take the time to educate people in the industry. Too many people have been mislead about what makes a great company.
I think that’s what lead people to think that MLM is a scam. Thank you for making a difference and helping people.
It’s obvious that you really care about helping others.
Thanks again Luis.

very clear Luis. Of course it is till an individual choice but it seems logical to prefer a company where you need fewer people in your team to reach the same income level. I am still surprised how many people fail to grasp this point.. Perhaps they do not really believe the difference in the figures.

Hello Luis,
Wow, yes 5 very imported pillars, especially #1, man do I have spoken with many people who never have read there Policies & Procedures.
Sometimes I get this thought; We have to fail, until we “see” the light! And the light in mlm is the 5 pillars.
Cheers, and thanks for sharing.

Hi Luis,
thanks for your powerful video. The 5 pillars are a clear proof that knowledge isn’t power. Only applied knowledge is power. I formerly didn’t have the knowledge what to look at. Once I had it, I applied it and joined a business that is in my best interest.
Take care
Oliver

Hi Luis,
The 5 pillars is definitely what we all need to stack the cards in our favour. They will give us the best chance of success. I even believe the 5 pillars account for 40% of your success. The other 60% comes from you. You made a very important about masterminding with the right people. We’ve all heard that your income is the average of your 5 closest friends – it is truer than we think.
Take care,
Wayne
